Multi-Family Renting in Atlanta is Popular Again

Emory Point, a mixed-use development project that would house 442 apartments and 80,000 square feet of retail space, was stopped in its tracks from construction several years ago due to the recession. Now, the $250 million project is getting a second wind, according to Gables Residential. It seems that the residential and commercial industries are gaining steam again and now could be a perfect time to get the project underway.

Over the next few months, the Atlanta movers will be keeping an eye on the Emory Point project and news that arises regarding its development and progress. Remember, if you’re looking to move to the Atlanta area, contact your family-friendly movers at All My Sons of Atlanta, where we have been helping people just like YOU move for four generations.
