Comparing June 2010 to this past June, CoreLogic reports that home prices were down 6.8% this year. In fact, the entire state of Georgia saw a 6.8% price drop for June 2011.
While this is significant, the Atlanta movers are grateful that Atlanta isn’t getting the worst of it–Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, Illinois and Minnesota all depreciated by at least 9.5%. The states that are actually appreciating? New York, Washington D.C., North Dakota, Alaska and Nebraska.
