If you are in business development and just recently moved to Atlanta, the past two years have proven to be the largest in terms of developments taking place in the city.
Atlanta’s debut of the new Buckhead district was one that made headlines and had Atlanta moving companies, local millennials, and young families extremely thrilled. However, developments have not ceased yet.
Krog Street Market, a streetcar, two downtown tourist areas, Ponce City Market, and numerous residential towers were also constructed and implemented last year. But, 2016 is making moves to be one of the most developmental project proposal years yet. Thousands of apartments are on the floor for building proposals and discussions, as well as a $360 million proposal for Tech Square (Technology Square Phase II) High Performance Computing Center.
Also on the table are two professional stadiums and a sky-high mini amusement park named The Roof for Ponce City Market, in what is being called a “grab-bag” of developmental projects that have local Atlanta developers and corporate Atlanta movers jumping to get a hand in the bag.
Atlanta’s 2016 developments are ginormous and although everyone dislikes construction, the revenue that each new area is said to bring in has locals thrilled. With more apartments and things for families to do, the local movers at All My Sons Moving & Storage hope that more and more people will move to The Athens of the South.
