For those people who just moved to Atlanta, we hope you used the best in the business – of course that’s the Atlanta movers, All My Sons. If you have found yourself in Atlanta this spring, there is plenty to do in this great city. So make your way out and start getting a taste of the city with these April events in Atlanta.
- Atlanta Dogwood Festival – Stop by the Atlanta Dogwood Festival on April 8th. There’s fine art, live music, and some really great fair food to be had. The festivities start at 8AM. It’s not too late to sign up for the 5k run at Piedmont Park either; it’s a great way to get some fresh air and maybe even some exercise.
- Dunwoody Festival – Lemonade Days features carnival rides, petting zoos, great food, and even better music. This is a fantastic place to take the kids or grab a beer with a friend. The festival goes on all week from April 13th to April 17th, and is one of the April events in Atlanta you do not want to miss!
- Hogs and Hops – Just like the title suggests this is a day filled with delicious barbeque and beer. For those who are 21 years and older, stop by to check out the live music and get some southern style barbeque all day on April 16th.
- Cinema Italy Atlanta – If movies are more your thing, then check out this great Italian Film Festival in the Plaza Theatre on April 21st. This is the 10th anniversary of the festival and it looks like it’s going to be a real show stopper.
- Crawfish Boil – Some of the best food, which is loved by a lot of our Atlanta movers at All My Sons, has the spicy taste of good Cajun food. The Crawfish boil is a 2-day festival of food, fun, and beer, making this one of the best April events in Atlanta.
